How does the BJ's Premier Rewards program work?
It's simple. Once you enroll in the BJ's Premier Rewards program you automatically start earning points for eligible transactions made inside all BJ's Restaurants and for any BJ's Gifts & Gear merchandise you purchase. As a BJ's Premier Rewards member you'll have the opportunity to take advantage of great rewards, exclusive offers, and other benefits!

How do I enroll in the program?
There are lots of ways to enroll in the BJ's Premier Rewards program.  You can sign up the next time you visit your local BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse; send a text with the code "BJS ENROLL" to 39044 from your cell phone; register online at the program website (www.bjspremierrewards.com); or sign up using the Key Ring Application.

Is there a fee to participate in the program?
BJ's Premier Rewards program is free to join!

How do I earn points?
Automatically! You'll earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent on eligible transactions including in-restaurant dining, catering orders, takeout and curbside ordering, and selected BJ's Gifts & Gear merchandise. Items such as alcohol, gift cards, beer dinners, tax and gratuity are not eligible.

What if I forgot my card?
No problem! We can look up your member information to ensure you earn points for your visit. If for some reason your member ID is not attached to your check, be sure to hold on to your receipt so that you can add your points online. Please log on to www.bjspremierrewards.com and go to Add My Points. Or, if you prefer, you can call a Guest Service Representative at 866-633-0982 between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday; and 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm Pacific, Saturday and Sunday.

When can I start redeeming my points for rewards?
As soon as your account is registered you can start earning and redeeming points for dollars-off your meal, beer dinners and more! As a bonus for personalizing your Premier Rewards account online at www.bjspremierrewards.com you can earn a free mini Pizookie® or BJ's Handcrafted soda.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Simply tell your server that you would like to use your points to redeem for one of the in-restaurant rewards, like a Free Pizookie or choose from $10 or $25 off any entree purchase. Members who register their card online can also use points to bid on special member-only auctions. Win amazing prizes like trips, concert tickets and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. If you are unsure of what rewards you are eligible to redeem for or would like to view your available point balance, please visit www.bjspremierrewards.com or by request a loyalty statement from your server.

What type of rewards can I redeem for?
When you start earning points in the BJ’s Premier Rewards program, you’re eligible to redeem your points for rewards like a FREE Pizookie®, $10 and $25 off meals and other BJ’s Experiences.

You can browse all the rewards online by logging in to your account and viewing the Rewards Catalog on your computer or on your mobile phone.

I forgot my username and/or password. What do I do?
For username/password help, simply complete the "Password Help" feature on the BJ's Premier Rewards website. A temporary password will be emailed to the most current email address that we have on file for you. Once you log in to your account with the temporary password, you'll need to update your profile and create a new password. Or, if you prefer, you can call a Guest Service Representative at 866-633-0982 between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday; and 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm Pacific Time, Saturday and Sunday.

I redeemed points for a reward but have not received it. What should I do?
Guest Service Representatives are available to assist you with redemption questions between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday; and 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm Pacific Time, Saturday and Sunday. Or contact Guest Service by email through the Contact Us page on the website.

If I have questions about the program, whom should I contact?
If you have a question about the BJ's Premier Rewards program ask any restaurant team member or manager. Guest Service Representatives are available to assist you between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday; and 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm Pacific Time, Saturday and Sunday at 866-633-0982 or by email through the Contact Us page. Any BJ's Team Member will also be glad to assist you with any questions you may have during your dining experience.

Is there a limit to the amount of points I can earn?
No. You can earn unlimited points in the BJ’s Premier Rewards program.

Do points expire?
All points associated with an account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months will expire. Some promotions may have "bonus" points that are awarded to the member for use during a time period, after which any unused points are expired from the account.

Can I have more than one card on my account?
You can only have one BJs Premier Rewards Loyalty Card linked to each account. However, you can gift points to another member of the program. Visit www.bjspremierrewards.com and select Gift Your Points.

Can I share my points with other members?
Yes, members are allowed to gift points to other members in the program. Gifting points can help you earn and redeem for rewards much faster. Visit www.bjspremierrewards.com and select Gift Your Points.

What are the other benefits of being in the program?
As a member of the BJ’s Premier Rewards program you will be treated as a special guest every time you dine at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. Once you reach 1,000 lifetime points you will have exclusive access to make reservations* at BJs anytime. (*for parties of up to 10 persons and requires 24 hour advanced notice).

When will my points show up in my account?
Your points will show up in your account as soon as you’ve completed any eligible BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse transaction. For merchandise redemptions, points will be calculated Monday through Friday, except holidays, and typically post within 72 hours.

Can I purchase points to add to my account?
Point purchasing is currently not available. Be sure to check back in the future as we are constantly working to enhance your BJ's Premier Rewards experience.

I lost my BJ's Premier Rewards Card. How do I get another one?
Lost your card? No problem. Our Guest Service Representatives are available to assist you between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday; and 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm Pacific Time, Saturday and Sunday at 866-633-0982 or by email through the Contact Us page to help you replace your BJ's Premier Rewards Card.

My mobile phone number has changed, what do I need to do?
If your mobile phone number changes, be sure to update your profile by logging into the BJ's Premier Rewards website with your username and password to update your profile. (www.bjspremierrewards.com)

Can I redeem my points for a reward during my dining experience?
Yes! During your dining experience, your server will be able to access your point balance and will notify you if there are any BJ's Rewards available for you to redeem. You will be given the option to redeem your points during that visit or you can continue to save your points.

How do I earn points by participating in different types of Social Media?
If you set up the Social Media options within the program, like Facebook, Foursquare or Twitter, you’ll have the ability to earn extra bonus points. Members who take advantage of this option can earn 1 point per post per program. You will get one point for every visit –up to 6 points a day!

What are the program Terms and Conditions?
Good question! Most of the terms and conditions are addressed within the FAQ's. However, please note that BJ's reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. Members would then be allowed to redeem any points that they have already been issued, prior to the stated expiration date. How do I reserve a seat at a beer dinner using Premier Rewards points?
BJ's Beer Dinners are a great way to experience our selection of fine craft beers firsthand! Premier Rewards members can reserve a seat at their local BJ's Restaurant for an upcoming beer dinner by visiting (www.bjsrestaurants.com/beerdinners).

I received a special offer via email, do I have to print it out to redeem?
No. Bonus points for special offers and promotions will automatically be awarded to your account on your behalf. We will notify you of expiration dates and other restrictions within the promotional email. Simply tell your server that you would like to use your points for one of the in-restaurant rewards.
